1. Purpose These Terms & Conditions govern the membership, operations, and participation in Kukkiwon California, an official regional branch of Kukkiwon in the United States.

2. Membership Eligibility

• Must be a certified Taekwondo dojang or individual with valid Kukkiwon certification.
• All members must adhere to Kukkiwon guidelines and uphold its mission and values.
• Membership is subject to approval and may be revoked if terms are violated.

3. Membership Responsibilities

• Pay annual membership dues and examination fees on time.
• Participate in Kukkiwon California activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain the integrity of Taekwondo instruction in accordance with Kukkiwon standards.

4. Dan Promotion and Certification

• Only Kukkiwon-certified masters approved by Kukkiwon California may conduct Dan tests.
• All Dan applications must be processed through Kukkiwon California for verification.

5. Code of Conduct

• Members must show respect to the Kukkiwon organization, instructors, and fellow members.
• Any actions that damage the reputation of Kukkiwon California may result in disciplinary action or expulsion.

6. Use of Name and Logo

• Kukkiwon California’s name and logo may only be used with prior written permission.
• Unauthorized use may result in legal or administrative action.

7 . Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and relevant Kukkiwon regulations.

8. Amendments Kukkiwon California reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions with prior notice to members.
