I. Purpose
- To promote the development of Taekwondo and foster the growth and advancement of Kukkiwon Taekwondo.
- To select the Examiners with strict evaluation and to contribute to the fair Poom/Dan Promotion test and the development of Taekwondo.

- (In case you took the online Theory Portion)7) Proof of Passing the Online Theory Master Course (3rd Class Master Course Candidates) — Online 3rd Class Master Lecture Certification, Online ID and Password
- Copy of Current Certification (Refresher Participants)

All participants shall bring the following:
- Dobok (Kukkiwon-recognized Taekwondo uniform), training shoes, and writing instruments.
- Identification such as a Driver’s License or a Passport.
- USA Citizens/Residents.

Selection of the Participants
The candidates will be selected by examining their Taekwondo experiences and personal histories according to the regulation of CTC (California Taekwondo Committee)
